Clearing house & Har HaBituach

The pension clearing house and Har HaBituach in one client card

The clearing house and Har HaBituach in Financi let you order a customer's pension and insurance data and get it unified in one client card. The order is made with the customer's explicit consent, and the order and the result are recorded on their card.

What it does

Order and pull the customer's pension and insurance data, unified in one card.

  • The pension clearing house

Information on the customer's pension products and long-term savings across different providers, as one unified picture instead of letters from every fund.

  • Har HaBituach

Information on the customer's insurance policies, such as life, health and loss of earning capacity, to spot duplicates, gaps in coverage and policies the customer forgot.

  • An order link for the customer

You create a link for ordering information and send it to the customer. The order and the result are recorded on the client card.

  • One client card

Pension, insurance, investments and real estate come together on the card, next to the documents and conversations. A stale item or a coverage gap is easier to see.

  • Preparing for a meeting

Once the data is on the card, gaps are easy to see and a meeting is easy to prepare. Keren, the portfolio analyst, prepares a two-sentence brief, and the figures are shown by the system itself.

  • Privacy in three layers

The AI inside a customer file works on pre-defined fields only: an allowlist of fields, tests over thousands of real clearing-house files, and an egress scanner that redacts rather than fails.

Consent: the basis of the whole process

Information about savings and insurance is sensitive personal data. An agent does not “pull” it by their own decision. They request it on the customer's behalf, with the customer's explicit consent.

  1. 1

    Explain before you ask

What exactly you are asking for (pension savings, insurance, or both), what for, and what the customer gets in return.

  2. 2

    Identify the customer as required

Identification has to follow the applicable requirements, with no shortcuts.

  3. 3

The customer gives clear, documented permission

In writing or digitally, according to procedure. The permission should be specific: to whom, for which data and for what purpose.

  4. 4

    Order the information

You create a link for ordering information and send it to the customer. The order and the result are recorded on the client card.

  5. 5

    Keep the proof

The permission, the date and the request are saved on the client card, so you can answer what you asked for, when and on what basis.

Who it is for, and when it makes sense

  • Pension and insurance agents and agencies in Israel who prepare a portfolio review for a customer. The clearing house and Har HaBituach are Israeli sources.
  • When the customer understands what is being asked and why, and is ready to give clear permission. A simple explanation comes before a complicated form.
  • When you want the data to sit next to the documents, conversations and tasks rather than in separate files.

What it does not do, and limits

  • Information is not ordered without the customer's permission. It is sensitive personal data, and working with it rests on the customer's explicit permission and a defined purpose.
  • There is no technical promise here: exactly which data arrives, in what format and when is set by the sources and the rules that apply to them. Check current details on the regulators' sites and with your compliance adviser.
  • The requirements for the wording of the permission, identification, validity and retention are set by the Capital Markets, Insurance and Savings Authority and by the relevant bodies. Do not guess them, and consult your compliance officer.
  • Findings are a starting point for a conversation, not a summary of it, and the decision is the customer's. Any recommendation to a customer is subject to the licensing and advice rules that apply to the agent.
  • Responsibility for the legal basis and the documented consents is the agency's. Financi processes the data on its instructions.

Frequently asked questions

What can I pull from the clearing house and Har HaBituach?

You order information and pull the customer's pension and insurance data, and get it unified in one card. Exactly which data arrives, in what format and when is set by the sources and the rules that apply to them.

Can I order information without the customer knowing?

No. This is sensitive personal data that requires the customer's permission. Working without permission can harm the customer and the agency, and can be contrary to the law. The exact requirements are settled with the regulator and your compliance adviser.

Who is responsible for customers' consents?

When the agency uses connections to the clearing house, Har HaBituach or other data sources, or uploads files, responsibility for the legal basis and the documented consents is the agency's. Financi processes the data on its instructions. The full details are in the privacy policy and the data processing addendum.

How long is the permission valid?

The validity and scope of the permission are set by the procedures and requirements that apply. Do not assume, and check the current wording with the relevant bodies and your compliance adviser.

What do I see on the client card once the data arrives?

Pension, insurance, investments and real estate on the same card, next to the documents and conversations. That makes a stale item or a coverage gap easier to see and a meeting easier to prepare.

How is privacy handled with the AI?

The AI inside a customer file works on pre-defined fields only. The defence has three layers: an allowlist of fields, tests over thousands of real clearing-house files, and an egress scanner that redacts rather than fails.
