CRM and automation readiness check for your agency

This tool walks you through ten statements about your agency, across five areas: data, process, consent and documents, automation and people. It shows a score, a chart by area and up to three first steps, and helps you organise your thinking about where to start, not to grade you.

The tool

The question it answers: How ready is our agency for a CRM and automation, and where should we start?

Runs in your browser, and the numbers you enter are not sent to a server.

How it's calculated

  • Each statement gets 0 (not yet), 1 (partly) or 2 (yes). The score is the sum, out of 20.
  • Levels: up to 6 points is just starting, 7 to 13 is on the way, and 14 to 20 is ready to go.
  • The chart: for each of the five areas (two statements per area) it shows the sum out of the maximum possible in that area.
  • Steps: up to three statements you answered “not yet” or “partly”, sorted so that “not yet” comes first, then by the order of the statements.

Starting values: The tool opens with no answers marked, and the score updates as you answer.

How to use the result

  1. Answer the statements as things are today, not as you would like them to be. A true “partly” is better than an aspirational “yes”.

  2. Read the chart to see which area is relatively weak, and the steps to choose one small step to begin with.

  3. Do not try to close all the gaps in one day. Choose one step, and come back after a month to check again.

What the result does not say

  • The tool is not an official measure and does not compare you with other agencies. It organises your answers into one picture.
  • The score does not indicate fit with a particular product or provider, and it is not a substitute for checking with your compliance officer on consents and record-keeping.

The tool illustrates a result from the numbers you enter. It is not an industry measure, a comparison with other agencies or a promise of savings or results.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a “good” score?

There is no score that counts as good or bad in an absolute sense. The levels are a way to organise your answers, and what matters is what appears in the steps: what you can fix first.

Are my answers saved or sent?

No. The tool runs in your browser, and the answers are not sent to a server. The reset button clears them.

Want to go through the first steps together?

We will go through your process, from lead to signature, and see which parts it makes sense to move first.
