Financi Forms
Financi Forms: forms and e-signing for insurance agencies
Financi Forms is the forms and e-signing module of Financi: the customer gets a link and fills in and signs with a finger on a phone, with no login and no app. A signed, sealed PDF comes back, with an AWS KMS seal and a 7-year WORM ledger.

What it does
From a link to a signed, sealed PDF. No login, no app.
A link instead of an app
The agent or operator creates a link and sends it by SMS or WhatsApp. The customer needs no account.
Guided filling on mobile
Guided fields, with suggestions and completion. Details already in the system can be pre-filled, so the customer confirms rather than types.
Required fields
A form cannot be sent before the required fields are filled, which saves the “I am missing one more detail” rounds.
Signing with a finger
The signature is embedded in the document itself, not kept as a separate file that can be detached.
A signature where any change shows
An AWS KMS asymmetric signature over the PDF, and a WORM ledger with a 7-year object lock. A change to the document is detectable.
AI Magic: PDF field mapping
Point it at a blank insurer form in Hebrew and it maps the fields, even on scanned documents that are not fillable.
An instant update to the CRM
A signed event reaches the CRM and the ops card, and the next task opens.

How it fits the rest of the suite
Financi Forms is part of the same system: you link the form to the customer, send the link by SMS or from the shared WhatsApp inbox, and when the customer signs, a signed event reaches the CRM and the ops card and the next task opens. The signed document is saved to the client's file.

Who it is for, and when it makes sense
- Agencies whose client intake looks like this: print, sign, photograph, send, and retype into the system.
- When many of your customers are comfortable on a phone, and you want one link instead of a round of files.
- It is worth starting with a pilot on the form you send most, and expanding when the team and customers are used to the process.
What it does not do, and limits
- Legal validity depends on the document type, the way it is signed and the requirements that apply to it. There is no single answer for all forms, so check each form type with your compliance adviser or the agency's legal adviser before giving up a written signature.
- AI Magic maps fields, but as with any use of AI, review the mapping before you send it to the customer.
- Always leave the customer an alternative: a call, help over the phone or a meeting. A digital process should make things easier, not block.
- What is stored and for how long depends on the settings and the requirements that apply to the document type. Financi's event ledger is kept with a 7-year object lock.
Frequently asked questions
How does the customer sign a form?
The agent or operator creates a link and sends it (for example by SMS). The customer fills in and signs with a finger on their phone, with no login and no app, and the system returns a signed, sealed PDF where any change is detectable.
Do my customers need an app or an account to sign?
No. The customer gets a link, fills in and signs with a finger on their phone, with no login and no app. A signed, sealed PDF comes back to you.
Is a digital signature legally valid?
It depends on the document type, the way it is signed and the requirements that apply to it. There is no single answer for all forms. Check each form type with your compliance adviser or the agency's legal adviser before giving up a written signature.
What is stored, and for how long?
What is stored and for how long depends on the settings and the requirements that apply to the document type. In Financi the event ledger is kept with a 7-year object lock, and the PDF is signed with an AWS KMS asymmetric signature. Check with your compliance adviser what you need.
Can we use forms we already have as PDFs?
Generally yes, you can start from your existing forms. The AI Magic mapping is intended for insurer forms in Hebrew, including ones that are not fillable, but review each mapping before sending it to the customer.
What if the customer cannot finish?
Always leave an alternative: a call, help over the phone or a meeting. You can also send the link again and check whether the customer got stuck at a particular step.
