Financi is a CRM for insurance and pension agencies, by Shavve. It brings leads, WhatsApp, forms and e-signing, the pension clearing house and Har HaBituach, call recordings and operations into one place, with an AI team inside that explains, analyses and suggests, and you approve.

Financi at a glance

What it is: A CRM for insurance and pension agencies, by Shavve. It runs in production and carries agencies' daily work.
Who it is for: Insurance and pension agencies, their agents, and the operators who work with them.
What is inside: Six modules on one client card: CRM and processes, WhatsApp, forms and e-signing, clearing house and Har HaBituach, operations (Ops), recordings and transcription.
Forms and e-signing: The customer fills in and signs with a finger on a phone, with no login and no app. A signed PDF comes back with an AWS KMS seal and a 7-year WORM ledger.
AI team: Asi, Keren and Rafi work inside the CRM. The AI never writes numbers, and a human approves every field the AI writes.
Connections: The pension clearing house and Har HaBituach, WhatsApp, your PBX, and ChatGPT and Claude through MCP with an OAuth sign-in.
Data and access: CRM and Ops on the same database, role-based permissions, and a data processing addendum (DPA) published on the site.
Language: Hebrew-first, right-to-left. The site and the product are also available in English.

Financi is a system by Shavve. The customer agreement is with R.R.T Technologies Ltd., as stated in the Terms of Use.

It runs in production and carries agencies' daily work.
